01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the zk44 online betting and casino service accessible at zk44.io, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, APIs, and related services.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by an individual upon completing the zk44 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total BDT-denominated funds held within a User's zk44 wallet at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus funds separately credited.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or matching bonuses awarded by zk44 that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency accepted and used on the zk44 Platform.
• "Force Majeure" refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of zk44, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, internet outages, or failure of third-party payment systems.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the zk44 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You have read and accept the zk44 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 and Clause 4 below.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that the Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only.

These Terms & Conditions take effect from the date you first access the Platform or register an Account, whichever is earlier. zk44 reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the zk44 Platform, including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses, you must register a verified Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Changes must be submitted to the support team with supporting documentation where required.
• zk44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a National ID Card, passport, or utility bill) at any stage before processing withdrawals or in connection with any account review.
• Accounts registered using false or misleading information will be suspended immediately upon discovery, and any balance held within such accounts may be forfeited.
• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other individual.

04 Age Verification

The zk44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. zk44 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling and will take the following steps to enforce this requirement:

• Age verification checks may be conducted at registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle.
• Users who are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will have their accounts suspended and access to funds withheld pending resolution.
• Where underage gambling is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposits will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.
• zk44 encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms online.

05 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the zk44 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed at the point of deposit.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed within the platform at the time of each transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your zk44 wallet upon confirmed receipt by the Platform's payment processing systems. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 60 seconds for mobile financial services.
• zk44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on your payment account must match the name on your registered zk44 Account.
• You must not deposit funds that are derived from illegal activities. zk44 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• zk44 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zk44 accepts no responsibility.

06 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. zk44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. zk44 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar month. Current limits are displayed within the platform withdrawal section.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to verification status and payment provider availability.
• Bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied.
• zk44 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any account review, fraud investigation, or verification process.
• In the event that a withdrawal request is declined, the funds are returned to the user's zk44 wallet and the user will be notified with a reason for the decline where permissible.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

zk44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, or other incentives to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms and must be met in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within a specified time window. Bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements after the deadline will be forfeited without replacement.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Circumventing this restriction through the creation of multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Certain game categories — for example, live casino tables or specific slot titles — may contribute differently or not at all toward wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• zk44 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, withdraw a promotion at any time, or decline to award a bonus where system errors, technical faults, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value outside of the wagering requirement redemption process.

08 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the zk44 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated herein by reference:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user after confirmation, except where specifically permitted by the Platform's cash-out or bet cancellation features.
• zk44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement, where the bet was placed after the result was determined, or where pricing errors occurred due to technical malfunction.
• In the event of a match or event cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules applicable at the time of placement.
• zk44 is not responsible for disruptions to live streaming, data feeds, or real-time odds caused by third-party providers. Odds displayed are subject to movement and are not guaranteed until a bet is confirmed.
• Maximum and minimum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market, or user account status.
• Where a bet is placed in error — including errors arising from Platform technical faults — zk44 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to user wallets.

09 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the zk44 Platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds as appropriate:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, exchange information during live games, or otherwise distort the results of any game or betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform as a mechanism for laundering funds derived from criminal activity. zk44 is committed to anti-money-laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using non-public information, or participating in any scheme to fix or influence the outcome of any sporting event, card game, or casino result.
• Platform exploitation: Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, pricing glitches, or any other unintended system behaviour to gain a financial advantage not available to the general user population.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, data compilations, and other material available on or through the zk44 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of zk44 or are used under licence from their respective owners. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from zk44.
• The zk44 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform and may not be used in any context — including social media, advertising, or third-party websites — without explicit written consent.
• Game software and content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licensing terms.
• Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use zk44's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

11 Privacy & Data

zk44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at zk44.io/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance.
• zk44 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts that notify them of time spent on the Platform during a single session.
• Cool-off periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing, during which betting and deposit functions will be disabled.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion via the support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

13 Suspension & Termination

zk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, collusion, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Confirmed or suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to the dormant account policy.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, zk44 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance. Where closure is initiated by the user or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, available real-money balances will be returned to the user's registered payment method following identity verification.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk44 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, whether or not those losses result from technical error, data feed inaccuracy, or Platform unavailability.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data suppliers that affect Platform functionality or user experience.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or from the use of your account by a third party to whom you have disclosed your credentials.

Nothing in this clause limits zk44's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

zk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. zk44 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes via Platform notifications or email where contact details are held on file.

Your continued use of the zk44 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and zk44 regarding any aspect of these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: You are encouraged to contact zk44 support at [email protected] in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint, which will be reviewed by a senior member of the zk44 operations team within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body. zk44 will cooperate fully with any such process.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and zk44 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings whether written or oral.
